Portrait Project

This project required me to take pictures of someone and edit a couple of them in Photoshop. For the photos that required light, I used my window. Having good lighting can make or break any picture. You can’t just use light anyway you want. Different pictures will require different amounts of light along with the angle the light is shining on whatever it is you are taking a picture of. The pictures of mine that utilized actions used them well. They brought attention to something which is what an action is meant to do. For the first picture that I edited, I added the Moody Blues filter. I liked this filter because it made the room pop a little more than it originally did. For the second picture that I edited, I used the sepia filter. I liked this filter because it reminds of videos where they are imitating a western movie using a brownish gray filter.
